I am an avid golfer and love Port Macquarie and South West Rocks golf clubs, while the others (Emerald Downs, Kempsey and Wauchope) have good layouts - just need better maintenance. Have lived in Newcastle and all over Sydney. My son has been here with his family for 3 years and is a carpenter. Plenty of recreational facilities with Go Kart track, moto cross track, stron cycling MTB and Triathlon presence. Eating outs not bad some places are overpriced for what they offer. Looking for work. Choices of public, Catholic and Anglican schools.
