Forgot about this and pulled my copy out recently. Radiohead – OK Computer OKNOTOK 1997 2017 Label: XL Recordings – XLLP868X, XL ... Three 180 gram blue coloured 12" vinyl records containing the original twelve track album, ... really good pressing but on this one i actually prefer the CD/hi res stream or wave file.
Radiohead rstarted to record OK Computer in 1996 and over a period of time they used three studios, one near Didcot, one near Bath and the other being the Abbey Road studios. My copy of this pressing sounds very good, both discs are flat and quiet. Not sure what people are complaining about, but perhaps it's time to upgrade your turntable instead.. Just a hair off center on a couple of sides, but the overall sound is quite good, without the nasty non-fill Rainbo pressings often have.
The album has aged well.

Great stereo effects draw you into the music. All sides in mint condition and though I cannot categorically say for certain,I would find it hard to believe that the album has actually ever been played.Both albums are still enclosed in there anti static polythene sleeves and housed within the picture lined inners. The base and mids blend together resulting in a serious lack of clarity, while the highs are occasionally struck by sibilance. Here are two spectral images from two different vinyl rips of the original vinyl pressing: #1 #2. A very expensive mistake indeed. Could it be that this was issued with different inners or maybe someone had swapped the inners on one of my copies?
