But worker dissatisfaction has been on the rise for more than two decades. Private company and nonprofit employees are somewhat less likely to say their employer offers health insurance coverage (74% and 72%, respectively) and self-employed workers report a much lower rate (25%).About four-in-ten (41%) American workers also say their employer provides tuition reimbursement for skills training or additional education. Nearing half (47%) of British workers seem satisfied with their level of pay, with four in ten (39%) believing they are fairly well paid and 8% thinking they are very well paid.
