I am not 100% blame on the job as I have tiny bit mental health issue since last year.Externally: the multinational company provides tons of learning opportunities and challenges. 7 September 2019 Out of my frustration I often speak up and suggest a better way to deal with such issues eg having proper communication in place like leaving handover notes and reading others' notes so we can solve the clients' issues in a more professional manner.
