This movie was so hard to watch but I continued on so I could write a review about the entire movie, not just half. The inn is owned by a widower and single father named David. The plot revolves around a woman (Egan) and a soldier (Blucas) who exchange letters for a year before their worlds collide. She proposes to show her company to buy the Inn for her to run it. You must be a registered user to use the IMDb rating plugin. Sometimes they hold on to them, which can be good or bad, maybe even both. I can't think of a more prominent recent example than this one.
After the wedding, David finds the proposal that Willow wrote to save the Inn. This movie is more about the inn which is the focus for waxing on about personal memories that people build up over time. We're not all hillbillies, but the male lead is far too "urban" for the setting. Willow walks around with a red notebook and red jacket while holding up her hands, “envisioning” things.
